In execution of the obligations of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the “General Data Protection Regulation”) (“RODO”), Kamil Włodarczyk informs you about the principles and your rights related to the processing of your personal data.

II. Purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data: In order to conclude and perform the contract of work, the Controller shall process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

III. Obligation to provide personal data: The provision of personal data is entirely voluntary. However, failure to consent to the provision of personal data shall make it impossible for us to provide the services requested.

IV. Information about the recipients of your personal data: The personal dataprovided may be shared:
1) to subcontractors;
2) to the competent services and administration bodies, in the event of a binding decision or request.

V. Periods of processing the personal data: Your personal data shall be processed throughout the duration of the contract and thereafter for a period of 6 years, starting from the end of the calendar year in which the service was provided to you. After this period, the personal data shall be deleted.

VI. Profiling and automated decision-making: The data provided shall not be profiled, nor shall it be the basis for an automated decision.

VII. Data subject’s rights: the right to access personal data, The right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data; the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete; the right to request erasure of personal data; the right to request restriction of processing of personal data; the right to portability of personal data; the right to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling; the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VIII. Transfer of personal data to entities outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or international organisations: Your personal data will not be shared with entities based outside the EEA, or with international organisations.
