Important! Carrying out hybridization of the scale does not have to be associated with its legalization.
The hybridization process can be subjected to any operable mechanical vehicle scales. To be more precise, hybridization involves replacing a mechanical load cell with an electronic measuring system. Thus, the mechanical scale becomes an electronic truck scale.
During the process of hybridizing a mechanical balance, an existing weighing device with all load transfer components is used. The strain gauge transducer is mounted by means of structural elements in the remote cable. Weighing the mass in the case of a balance with an electronic measuring system is done by measuring the force that the strain gauge sensor receives. The signal from the sensor in the next step is sent to the weighing meter, and it presents the result on the display in the form of a digital reading.
It is possible to connect a computer, printer, or additional display to this type of mechanical / hybrid scale. It is worth equipping the set with a typical PC so that you can create a database of products, suppliers, customers, and record the weighings made.
